Insurance Sales / BD Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Insurance Sales / Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our insurance vertical. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets for our diverse range of insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance market and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets for insurance products.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with agents, brokers, and other financial institutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and improve existing offerings.
5. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sales support.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions.
7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
