Job Description

Role Summary: The Insurance Sales / BD Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive insurance product sales and build strategic partnerships within the NGO and social services sector in India. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance landscape, excellent business development acumen, and the ability to foster relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for insurance products tailored to the needs of the NGO and social services sector.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships with NGOs, community-based organizations, and industry associations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on insurance regulations and compliance requirements in India.
