Interaction Designer (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented Interaction Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our innovative team in Indore. This role is crucial in shaping the user experience of our internal and external digital platforms within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their unique M.Pharma background to bring a distinct perspective to user-centered design, focusing on complex data visualization and workflow optimization for scientific and operational applications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand the needs and behaviors of ONGC's diverse user base.
• Translate research findings and business requirements into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
• Design intuitive and efficient user interfaces for complex data-driven applications, considering the scientific and operational contexts relevant to the Oil & Gas industry.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, including those with pharmaceutical and chemical backgrounds, to ensure designs accurately represent technical processes and data.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and the design/engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in interaction design, UI/UX, and relevant scientific/industrial technologies.
