Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Interaction Designer to join our growing team at Tata Motors. As an Interaction Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products and services, focusing on enhancing the customer journey across various touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business requirements into innovative and user-centered design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups to effectively convey interaction flows and visual design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design specifications.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and data analysis.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms and products.
