Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interaction Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our advanced security and defence platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless digital interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex systems, considering both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data.
- Define and maintain design guidelines and style guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in interaction design and user experience.
