Interaction Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented Interaction Designer to join our dynamic team in India. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms and applications that support our port and shipping operations. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups to illustrate user flows and interface designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement user experience strategies.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and business requirements.
- Ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in interaction design and user experience.
