We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Interaction Designer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for user-centered design in the medical technology space. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex user needs and scientific insights into intuitive and effective user interfaces for our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user behaviors and needs, particularly for healthcare professionals and patients.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement user interface requirements.
- Translate research findings and design specifications into detailed interaction design documentation.
- Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides for medical devices.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in interaction design, human-computer interaction, and medical device usability.
- Assist in the evaluation of existing product designs and propose improvements based on user feedback and best practices.
