Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Interaction Designer with 1-2 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our innovative trade finance platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape user journeys and contribute to the growth of a leading fintech company in the import-export sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how products function.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
