Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, aesthetic standards, and functional needs. This role involves close collaboration with clients, project managers, and vendors to deliver exceptional design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and proposals based on client briefs and project objectives.
- Create detailed interior design plans, including space planning, furniture layouts, and material selections.
- Prepare 2D and 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material samples for client presentations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity and project execution.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, lighting, and finishes.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
