Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project timelines and budgets. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and presentations for clients.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
- Select and specify furniture, materials, finishes, and lighting.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and site execution.
- Ensure design compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and provide design support during construction.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
