We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for our retail stores and corporate offices, aligning with Nykaa's brand identity and operational requirements. This role requires a unique blend of design acumen and analytical thinking, leveraging your LLM background to ensure compliance, optimize space utilization, and manage project stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for retail outlets and office spaces, ensuring brand consistency and customer experience.
- Translate design ideas into detailed drawings, 3D models, and mood boards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
- Review and interpret architectural plans, building codes, and zoning regulations, applying your legal knowledge to ensure compliance.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices, ensuring legal and contractual obligations are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Source and select furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes, negotiating with suppliers.
- Analyze space requirements and propose efficient layouts that maximize functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Prepare design presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in interior design and legal compliance.
