We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Internal Auditor with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and a strong understanding of auditing principles and practices within the textile and apparel sector. This role involves evaluating internal controls, risk management, and operational efficiency to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of internal audits across various departments, including finance, operations, and supply chain.
Review and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
Identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform testing of financial and operational processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Document audit findings, prepare audit reports, and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.
Support the Senior Internal Auditor in special investigations and ad-hoc reviews.
Maintain professional skepticism and objectivity throughout the audit process.
