Internal Auditor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Auditor with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in internal audit, with a strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and compliance within the automotive sector. You will be responsible for independently planning and executing audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identify areas of risk, and recommend improvements to operational efficiency and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with the annual audit plan.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance structures.
- Identify control weaknesses, non-compliance with policies and procedures, and potential areas of fraud or mismanagement.
- Develop clear, concise, and actionable audit reports with recommendations for management.
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely and effective implementation of corrective actions.
- Conduct special investigations as required.
- Stay updated with relevant industry regulations, accounting standards, and auditing best practices.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal audit function.
