Internal Auditor

Role Summary:
Ola Electric is seeking a diligent and experienced Internal Auditor to join our growing finance team. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes across the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations, while also identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits to assess the adequacy of internal controls.
• Developing and executing audit plans based on risk assessment and business priorities.
• Identifying control weaknesses, non-compliance issues, and areas for operational improvement.
• Preparing detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Following up on the implementation of audit recommendations with relevant departments.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control frameworks.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant Indian regulations.
• Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
