Job Description
Role Summary: The Internal Auditor will be responsible for independently evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes across various departments of Bajaj Finance Limited. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential risks, assess compliance with policies and regulations, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.
Assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate risks.
Evaluating compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Identifying control weaknesses, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Developing and executing audit plans and programs.
Preparing detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for management.
Following up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Staying updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes in the NBFC sector.
