Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern for our Downstream - Other division. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with an LLB degree to gain practical experience in a corporate legal and compliance environment within the electrical equipment sector. The intern will support various legal and administrative functions, contributing to the smooth operation of the downstream business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents, contracts, and agreements relevant to the downstream operations.
* Conduct legal research on specific regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards applicable to the electrical equipment sector in India.
* Support the legal team in ensuring adherence to corporate governance policies and statutory compliances.
* Help in maintaining legal records, databases, and filing systems.
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on legal matters.
* Assist in preparing reports and presentations on legal and compliance issues.
* Gain exposure to dispute resolution processes and intellectual property matters.
* Participate in internal audits and risk assessment activities.
