Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual for an internship in Front Office & Guest Services at NTPC Limited, Kochi. The intern will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with event coordination and logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Gather feedback from guests and employees to identify areas for service improvement.
- Utilize design thinking principles to suggest and implement enhancements to the guest experience.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
