Internship Import & Export - Other (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Import & Export team as an Intern. This role is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate looking to gain practical experience in international trade operations within the fast-paced consumer goods sector. You will support the import and export processes, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of documentation and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.
- Track shipments and provide updates on their status to relevant stakeholders.
- Verify shipping documents against purchase orders and sales orders for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.
- Support in resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the import/export process.
- Conduct market research on international trade regulations and best practices.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Sales, Finance) to gather necessary information and facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in preparing reports related to import/export activities.
