Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Research & Development team. This role is ideal for an individual with a 12th pass education looking to gain hands-on experience in the medical device industry. You will assist in various research and development activities, contributing to the innovation and improvement of our medical products under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in conducting basic research and data collection as directed by senior R&D staff.
* Support the testing and validation of new product prototypes.
* Prepare and maintain documentation related to R&D projects.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
* Learn and apply basic laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
* Help in organizing and maintaining R&D lab inventory and equipment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
