Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Inventory Controller with 1-3 years of experience to join our manufacturing operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of materials. This role requires a Diploma in a relevant field and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain organized and safe storage of all inventory items.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to manage stock replenishment and material flow.
- Generate inventory reports as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management software and best practices.
