Inventory Controller

Role Summary: The Inventory Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory within DP World India's facilities. This includes ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, optimizing storage, and implementing efficient inventory management processes to support smooth port operations and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical verification.
• Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overstock situations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment and dispatch of goods.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Generate regular inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations within the inventory area.
