Inventory Controller

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Controller to manage and oversee all aspects of inventory for GoSports Foundation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution of sports equipment and supplies. This role is crucial for supporting our athletes and programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our inventory management system.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed, ensuring optimal stock availability.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Manage the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of all sports equipment and supplies.
• Track the movement of inventory and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify and report any damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory.
• Collaborate with program managers and coaches to understand their inventory needs.
• Assist in budget preparation related to inventory procurement.
