Inventory Controller

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory Controller with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree to join our dynamic team at our Ahmedabad operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and implementing efficient inventory control procedures to support our large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects. This role requires 6 years of hands-on experience in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all materials, equipment, and supplies used in construction and real estate projects.

Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and obsolescence.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies with system records.

Monitor stock levels and forecast future inventory needs based on project timelines and consumption patterns.

Process incoming and outgoing inventory transactions, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.

Collaborate with procurement, project management, and finance teams to ensure timely availability of materials and cost-effective inventory management.

Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare regular inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations related to inventory management.
