Inventory Management - Agriculture / Forestry / Fishing (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
Agri-Bazaar is seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory for our agricultural products, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness throughout the supply chain. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving, leveraging a BCA background for data analysis and system management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock takes and cycle counts.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points, coordinating with procurement and sales teams to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Implement and improve inventory management procedures and policies.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock rotation, and reduce waste.
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Utilize inventory management software and ERP systems to track inventory movements and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for stored agricultural products.
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records and physical stock.
- Contribute to process improvements for enhanced inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
