We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Management professional with a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in managing inventory, preferably within a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow and availability of products, optimizing stock levels, and contributing to the overall operational success of our consumer electronics and appliances business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure optimal inventory.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and stock-outs.
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts, reconciling any variances.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements, generate reports, and forecast demand.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and efficient order fulfillment.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and reduce carrying costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding inventory management.
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Manage the disposal of obsolete or slow-moving stock.
