Inventory Management Specialist

Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management Specialist to oversee and optimize inventory levels for our Indian operations. This role is crucial for ensuring product availability, minimizing stockouts, and managing warehouse efficiency to support our growing furniture and furnishing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for all product categories across multiple warehouses.
• Implement and manage inventory control procedures, including regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend adjustments to purchasing and stocking strategies.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely replenishment and efficient order fulfillment.
• Manage stock discrepancies and investigate root causes to prevent future occurrences.
• Utilize inventory management software and ERP systems to track stock movements and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
