Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Management Specialist to oversee and optimize our inventory processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tracking, efficient storage, and timely replenishment of industrial equipment and spare parts, contributing to the smooth operation of our manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical verification.
Implement and manage inventory control systems and procedures.
Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow.
Manage the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of all inventory items.
Prepare regular inventory reports for management.
