Inventory Management Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Management Specialist to oversee and manage the inventory of physical and digital assets related to our content development and language services. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of resources, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the operational needs of our content teams across India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Track and manage the stock levels of physical assets (e.g., books, reference materials, hardware) and digital assets (e.g., software licenses, digital content libraries).
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor stock movements, including receiving, dispatch, and transfers.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or stock obsolescence.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the designated system (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast future needs and optimize stock levels.
- Manage the disposal or return of obsolete or damaged inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations related to inventory management.
