Inventory Management Specialist - Metals & Mining Sector

We are seeking a motivated Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in Indore. This role is crucial for optimizing inventory levels, ensuring efficient material flow, and supporting production operations within our metals and mining division. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend adjustments.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports for management.
