We are seeking a driven and analytical Investment Advisor with a strong legal background (LLM) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-1 years of experience looking to gain hands-on experience in investment advisory within the dynamic architecture and interior design sector. You will assist in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting legal due diligence, and supporting strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior advisors in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities within the architecture and interior design industry.
- Conduct legal research and due diligence on potential investments, including reviewing contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance.
- Support the preparation of financial models and investment proposals.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes relevant to the interior design and architecture sectors.
- Liaise with legal counsel, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of investment activities and legal documentation.
- Contribute to the development of investment strategies and risk management frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian laws and regulations pertaining to investments.
