Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Investment Advisor to provide strategic financial guidance and support for our expanding operations within the Sports and Leisure & Recreation sector in India. The ideal candidate will identify investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and advise on financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends and identify potential investment opportunities in the Indian sports and leisure industry.
Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence on potential investments, including valuation, risk assessment, and financial modeling.
Develop and present investment proposals and recommendations to senior management.
Advise on optimal capital allocation, funding strategies, and financial structuring for new ventures and existing businesses.
Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide ongoing financial advisory services.
Collaborate with legal, operational, and marketing teams to ensure successful execution of investment strategies.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and economic factors affecting the Indian investment landscape.
