Investment Advisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Investment Advisor to join our finance team at Godrej Agrovet Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and insights to support investment decisions within our diverse agribusiness operations. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and the agricultural sector in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, including market research, valuation, and risk assessment for potential investments in agribusiness (e.g., crop protection, animal feed, oil palm, dairy).
- Develop and present comprehensive investment proposals and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments and provide strategic guidance for optimization.
- Identify and assess new investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investment banks, and other stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting the agriculture sector in India.
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
