Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in Mumbai. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, and strategic decision-making within the fast-growing ed-tech sector. You will support the investment banking division in evaluating potential M&A opportunities, fundraising activities, and strategic financial planning for BYJU'S and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations for potential mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities.
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess competitive landscapes within the ed-tech sector.
Support senior bankers in due diligence processes, including data gathering and preliminary analysis.
Prepare internal and external reports, memos, and other documentation related to financial transactions.
Collaborate with various internal departments to gather financial data and understand business operations.
Assist in the monitoring of existing investments and portfolio companies.
