Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. This role will provide critical support in financial analysis, deal execution, and strategic initiatives within the infrastructure and construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance and accounting, coupled with a B.Com degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities.
Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends.
Prepare financial presentations, pitch books, and transaction-related documents.
Support senior bankers in client meetings and relationship management.
Perform due diligence on potential transactions.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
