Investment Banking Analyst (1-3 Yrs) for Textile & Apparel Major

We are seeking a motivated Investment Banking Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic corporate finance team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for supporting strategic financial initiatives within a leading Indian textile and apparel conglomerate. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical foundation and a keen understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the origination, structuring, and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt financing, and equity offerings within the textile and apparel sector.

Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Conduct in-depth industry research and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities and potential risks.

Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials for transactions.

Support senior bankers in managing client relationships and deal processes from inception to closing.

Perform due diligence on target companies and evaluate financial statements.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
