Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, looking to contribute to the financial strategy and growth of a leading architecture and interior design firm. You will be involved in a variety of financial activities, providing critical support to our senior management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess risks within the architecture and design sector.
Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation reports, and pitch books for potential investors and strategic partnerships.
Support deal execution processes, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiation.
Monitor industry trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
