Investment Banking Analyst (2-3 Yrs) for Axis Bank

We are seeking a motivated Investment Banking Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Axis Bank in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals with a unique blend of analytical acumen and design thinking, particularly those holding a Master of Design (M.Des) degree. You will play a crucial role in supporting our investment banking operations, contributing to deal origination, execution, and client advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch books for mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other strategic advisory mandates.

Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities and client needs.

Utilize design thinking principles to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling visual presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Support senior bankers in client meetings, due diligence processes, and transaction execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal closure and post-transaction support.

Maintain and update databases of financial information and client-related data.
