Investment Banking Analyst

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will support senior bankers in executing a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services within the insurance and fintech sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modeling (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and market research.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
- Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
- Support deal execution, including transaction structuring and negotiation.
- Monitor industry trends and identify potential investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful transaction completion.
