Investment Banking Analyst

Role Summary: The Investment Banking Analyst will support the corporate finance and business development teams at IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd. in evaluating investment opportunities, financial modeling, and executing strategic transactions within the urban transport and infrastructure sector in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for project finance, mergers & acquisitions, and capital raising activities.
- Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment targets and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other client-facing materials for senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the due diligence process for potential transactions, including financial, legal, and operational aspects.
- Support the negotiation and structuring of deals, working closely with internal teams and external advisors.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of existing projects and investments.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and market trends impacting the Indian infrastructure and urban transport sectors.
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes of the company.
