Job Description
Role Summary: The Investment Banking Analyst will support the M&A and corporate finance activities within Blue Dart's strategic finance division. This role involves rigorous financial analysis, market research, and deal execution to facilitate strategic growth and investment opportunities for the company in the dynamic Indian logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and sensitivity analysis for potential M&A targets and strategic investments.
- Prepare comprehensive investment memorandums, presentations, and pitch books for internal stakeholders and potential investors.
- Perform market research and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the Indian logistics and supply chain sector.
- Assist in the due diligence process for transactions, including data gathering, analysis, and coordination with external advisors.
- Support senior bankers in deal sourcing, negotiation, and closing processes.
- Monitor portfolio companies and track industry developments relevant to Blue Dart's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure successful transaction execution.
