Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. The analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modeling (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and market research to support client engagements.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials for M&A transactions, IPOs, and debt financing.
- Support deal execution, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiation processes.
- Monitor industry trends, economic developments, and competitor activities relevant to client sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal deal teams.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic advice for clients.
