Role Summary: Lava International Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to support our finance and strategy teams in Nasik. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical aptitude and a foundational understanding of finance, looking to gain experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The Associate will assist in various financial modeling, valuation, and transaction support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and valuations for potential M&A, fundraising, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks within the electronics manufacturing sector.
Support the due diligence process by gathering and organizing financial and operational data.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Gain exposure to corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and investment banking principles.
