Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic initiatives within the Oil & Gas sector, focusing on financial modeling, valuation, transaction execution, and client advisory. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and transaction analysis.
- Conduct in-depth industry research and market analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks within the Indian Oil & Gas sector.
- Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising transactions.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and other transaction-related materials.
- Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development efforts.
- Perform due diligence and contribute to deal structuring.
