Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in investment banking within the accounting and auditing sector. You will support senior bankers in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the origination and execution of M&A, capital markets, and other strategic advisory transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Perform industry and company-specific research to identify market trends and potential opportunities.
- Support senior team members in client meetings and relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
