We are seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Banking Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, preferably with a B.Sc degree, and a keen interest in the Pulp & Paper sector. This role will involve supporting senior bankers in executing M&A transactions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services for clients within the Indian Pulp & Paper industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, including company valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence.
• Support capital raising activities (debt and equity) for clients.
• Develop comprehensive financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, and presentations for client meetings and transactions.
• Conduct industry research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the Pulp & Paper sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial analysis and transaction documentation.
