Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Diploma in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support our corporate finance and strategic investment initiatives within the rapidly growing ports and shipping sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes for potential investments and M&A transactions.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess competitive landscapes within the ports and shipping industry.
- Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and other analytical reports for senior management.
- Support the deal execution process, including coordination with internal teams and external advisors.
- Monitor existing investments and portfolio companies, tracking performance against strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and fundraising efforts.
- Maintain databases of financial information and market data.
