Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented professional to join our Corporate Finance team, focusing on investment banking, private equity, and venture capital activities within the dynamic Indian gaming industry. This role will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and strategic partnerships, to drive Nazara's growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities and strategic partnerships within the gaming and esports sectors in India.
Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memorandums for potential transactions.
Support deal execution, including due diligence, negotiation, and transaction structuring.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings.
