Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Investment Banking, Private Equity & VC team. This role will involve supporting deal execution, market research, and client advisory services within the advertising and marketing sector. You will play a crucial role in identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and contributing to strategic financial decisions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the origination and execution of M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
Conduct comprehensive market research, industry analysis, and competitive landscape assessments for the advertising and marketing sector.
Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memorandums.
Perform due diligence, including financial, commercial, and operational aspects.
Support client relationship management and business development efforts.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and clients.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
