Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Corporate Finance and Strategy team, focusing on Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Venture Capital activities within the fast-paced Indian Telecom/ISP sector. This role will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic financial transactions that drive growth and value creation for Bharti Airtel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis for potential M&A, strategic investments, and fundraising opportunities.
- Develop financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions), and investment memorandums.
- Support deal execution, including due diligence, negotiation, and transaction structuring.
- Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, venture capitalists, and other financial institutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments impacting the telecom and digital services sector.
- Assist in strategic planning and corporate development initiatives.
