Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team in an Investment Banking, Private Equity & Venture Capital focused role. This position will play a crucial part in supporting our strategic growth initiatives, fundraising activities, and potential M&A opportunities within the rapidly evolving Indian sports and gaming industry. You will work closely with senior management and external advisors to drive financial strategy and execute key transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memorandums.
- Support the fundraising process, including investor outreach, due diligence, and negotiation of term sheets.
- Analyze potential M&A targets, conduct due diligence, and assist in deal execution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure successful transaction execution.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and potential investors.
